Remember just a few short weeks ago when Rosie O’Donnell was ranting about her WTC-7 conspiracy theory? You know…how Tower 7 had to have come down in a controlled demolition? You remember the reasoning, right?

“I do believe that it was the first time in history that fire has ever melted steel.”

Well, the “second time” apparently happened over the weekend.

The interchange was destroyed early Sunday when the heat of a burning gasoline tanker truck weakened part of one overpass, crumpling it onto another. The truck’s driver walked away with only second-degree burns; no other injuries were reported.

Authorities predicted that overall the crash would cause the worst disruption for commuters since the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake damaged the Bay Bridge itself. The sight of the soaring freeway twisted into a fractured mass of steel and concrete was reminiscent of that quake’s damage.

How long do you think it will take her to blame George W. Bush for this? I’m still waiting for that “expert” that Rosie said they should book on “The View,” but I’m not holding my breath. Maybe they’ll have that person on after Rosie makes her exit from the show this summer?
