What Was the Problem with the GoDaddy Commercial?!?!…

So…I just watched the Super Bowl and witnessed the Colts beat the Bears. I thought the commercials sucked, honestly. All except for one Bud Light spot: Rock, Paper, Scissors.
GoDaddy.com had two different ads rejected by CBS for the telecast that were supposedly not going to clear the censors. Meanwhile, Snickers had an ad that featured two men kiss accidentally and GM had a bunch of men stripping.
Now, at least to me, nothing is wrong with any of these ads. I just want to be clear.
However, why is CBS and/or the NFL holding GoDaddy.com to a different standard? Is it just because they have a sexy and beautiful woman as the spotlight in their commercials?
You can see the history of the GoDaddy.com spots here:

The GM spot is here: http://www.ifilm.com/video/2819693/collection/18373/minisite/superbowl
The Snickers spot is here: http://www.ifilm.com/video/2819686/collection/18373/minisite/superbowl
Decide for yourself: is CBS holding GoDaddy.com to a different standard?
I think so.
