“Remember, George—No Man Is a Failure Who Has Friends…”

Well, here I sit. I’m munching on leftover chicken fingers from the Chinese food we had for dinner and I’ve just finished wrapping Mom’s gifts. I’ve finally had a chance to sit down in my leather recliner and I’ve just plugged the last Christmas Eve tradition of the night into the DVD player: It’s A Wonderful Life. It’s typically the last thing I watch before I go to bed on Christmas Eve.
We all have things we do every year to celebrate the holidays. I wish I were a little more into it this year than I have been in past years, but tomorrow is another day. Neddie will be here early and I’m making breakfast. I still have time to get to sleep so Santa can get here. Maybe this year, he’ll bring what I’ve always wanted…
An official Red Ryder, carbine action, two-hundred shot range model air rifle!
I know, I know…I’ll shoot my eye out.
It is my most sincere hope that the Christmas holiday is a safe and merry one for you and your family. May the many tidings and blessings of this season fill your homes with joy.
Merry Christmas to all! :)
