Last time I checked, we won the last election by a comfortable margin. (Please note the use of the word “comfortable.”) We won the Presidency and further extended our majorities in both houses of Congress. We’re running the town, yet this President still can’t get judicial nominees out of committee.
Now, some of you may be thinking, “Judicial nominees?? Big deal!!” In reality, they truly are. One of the few true legacies modern presidents have is in their appointments to the Federal bench. This truly is a big deal, and it should have been worked out by now. Should have been.

Is the Pope Catholic?…
We’ve all heard the one-liner reference above. You know. It’s used in the same tone as the infamous “Does a bear s**t in the woods?” in answer to a question where the answer is an obvious “yes.” However, based on the coverage of the Media Spin Machine, one might almost wonder.
Have you heard any of the coverage at all? The MSM is making it sound like there’s going to be a huge surprise ending in the election of the new Pope. In fact, that’s exactly the problem: they’re treating it like an American Presidential election.

EPILOGUE: The Party of Tolerance Strikes Again…
On April 7, I posted a blog about how Republican speakers are being attacked by liberal hate mongers. The next day they kick it up a notch. This isn’t going to be a very long blog, because I think the picture says volumes about the Left…

The Party of Tolerance??…
You know, I have to say I’m pretty sick and tired of Republicans getting a bad rap.
For years we’ve heard that the Democrats are the “party of inclusion” and that they’re about acceptance and tolerance. They’re nuanced and liberated. Republicans are “old-fashioned” and disparaged as heartless, bigoted, homophobic and hateful. We’re the bad guys. Us.
So, when you hear news reports of people attacking a lecturer who is espousing ideas you would think that, based on stereotype, it would be a hate-mongering Republican, right? Wrong.
